1. Guest: Hello, is the place available from OO to OO (March 1st - 10th)?

   Host A: Yes, the place is available during that time.  Please go ahead and book the
     　　　 はい、その期間は空いています。どうぞ予約をしてください。
   
   Host B: No, the place is unavailable during that time.  I hope you can stay here the next time.

2. Guest: What time can we check-in?

   Host A: You can check in anytime after 14:00.

   Host B: Regular check-in is at 15:00, but if I don't have a guest checking out on that day you can check in as early as 10:00 in the morning.

8. Guest: Why does the total fee cost more than it says on the apartment listing?
   　　　物件リストに載っていた宿泊代よりも合計金額が高いのはなぜですか？
   
   Host: Rate vary depending on the season.  The total amount should be reflected correctly as Airbnb report.
   　　シーズンにより金額は変動します。合計金額はAirbnbの金額が反映されているはずです。
    
9. Guest: Can I extend the stay after we get there?
   　　　そちらに着いた後に宿泊期間を延長することはできますか？
   
   Host: Yes, you can extend the stay as long as no other guests have booked the place during that time.  Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee that it will be available when you book it.
   　　　はい、その期間他のゲストが予約を入れていなければ延長できます。残念ながら延長を決められる頃にお部屋が空いているかは保証できません。
    
10. Guest: Can you hold the reservation for me?
    　　　予約を保留してもいいですか？
    　
    Host A: Yes, I can hold the reservation for you.

    Host B: I will do my best.  If someone else tries to reserve the place, I will message you and let you know.  You can decide at that time.

    Host C: No, I cannot hold the reservation for you.  Whichever guest book the apartment first gets the reservation.  Thank you for your understanding on this matter

1. Guest: How do I get to your place?
   　　　あなたの家にはどう行けばいいですか？
   
   Host: When you arrive at the airport, take Narita Express or Limousine Bus to OOOO (Shinjuku station).
   　　　空港に到着したら、成田エクスプレスかリムジンバスで OOOO(新宿駅）まで行ってください。
    
2. Guest: What do I do when I get to the station?
   　　　駅に到着したらどうすればいいですか？
   
   Host A: You will need to walk 7 minutes to get to the place.  I created walking direction on Google maps, please click on this link to get detailed directions: (Google Maps Link)

   Host B: Some guests may want to consider taking a Taxi from Shinjuku station to the apartment. Although the walk is fairly short to the apartment (less than 10mins if you don't get lost), taking a taxis will save you the headache of getting lost in the busy streets as it can be a bit daunting when you first arrive, especially if in the evening. The taxi will cost you about 700 yen.  Simply show the taxi driver the Japanese address below:

3. Guest: What do I do when I get to the building?

   Host: When you get to the 1st floor entrance, press the apartment number on the security control panel.  It will ring  the room and I will open the security doors for you.  Walk to the elevator down and take it to the 4th floor.  Find the room number and ring the bell.  I will be waiting inside for you.
   　　　一階のエントランスに到着したら、セキュリティコントロールパネルにお部屋番号を打ち込みます。そうすると、お部屋のドアベルがなりますので、私がセキュリティドアを開けてさしあげます。エレベーターまで歩いて、４階まで上がります。お部屋番号を見つけてドアベルを鳴らしてください。お部屋の中でお待ちしています。

宿泊中ーDuring the Stay

1. Guest: What do I do with the trash?
   　　　　ゴミはどうすればいいですか？
   
   Host: The building management are pretty strict about separating trash.  Feel free to leave the trash as is when you leave.  If it starts to pile up, please place on the balcony and we will take care of it after you leave the apartment.
   　　ビルの管理会社がゴミの分別に結構厳しいです。ゴミはそのままにして帰りください。もしゴミがかさばり始めたら、ベランダに出していただけたらこちらで対応します。
    
2. Guest: Where are the garbage bags?
   　　　ゴミ袋はどこですか？
   
   Host: The garbage bags are underneath the kitchen sink.
   　　　キッチンシンクの下です。
    
3. Guest: Do you have extra pillows?
   　　　　枕の予備はありますか？
   
   Host A: No, we don't have any extra pillows.
   　　　　枕の予備はありません。
   
   Host B: Yes, there are some extra pillows in the closet.

4. Guest: Is there a vegan place around here?
   　　　　周辺にビーガンのお店はありますか？
   
   Host A: Yes, there is one around the corner.  The place is called, Vegan.

   Host B: No, I don't know where there is a Vegan place.  Maybe you can try to search on Google.

5. Guest: How do I get something delivered to the place?
   　　　　お部屋に何かを宅配をするにはどうすればいいですか？
   
   Host: Please let me know in advance if you would like to have something delivered to the apartment, such as luggage or other packages.  I can help ensure that the package is delivered properly.  
   　　　スーツケースのような荷物やパッケージをお部屋に送る時は、事前に教えてください。きちんと送られるようにお手伝いします。
    
6. Guest: Where is the closet bank?
   　　　一番近い銀行はどこですか？
   
   Host A: It's a bit complicated.  I think it may be easier for you to check online on Google Maps.

   Host A: Sorry, please check out at 10:00AM as we have another guest arriving in the afternoon and we need to clean and restock the the apartment after you leave and before they arrive.
   　　　申し訳ありません。次のゲストが午後に到着しますので、10:00AMにチェックアウトをしてください。お客様がお帰りの後、清掃と補充作業を次のゲスト到着までにする必要がありますので。
   
   Host B: Yes, the place is available.  Please extend your reservation on the Airbnb site.

2. Guest: What should we do about the bed sheets?
   　　　ベッドシーツはどうすればいいですか？
   
   Host: Feel free to leave them as is.  After you leave, I will get the house cleaner to wash them.
   　　　そのままにしておいて大丈夫です。お帰りの後にハウスクリーナーが洗います。
    
3. Guest: Can we stay one more day?
   　　　　もう１日宿泊できますか？
   
   Host: Sorry, we have another guest arriving today.  Please check out at 10:00.  Thank you for your understanding.

4. Guest: What do I do during check-out?

   Host A: We will come by the apartment to pick up the key and meet you at our pre-specified check-out time.  This process should be quick and simple. 
   　　　　指定させて頂いているチェックアウト時間に、アパートまで鍵を取りにいきます。簡単ですし、すぐに終わると思います。
    
5. Guest: Can you call a taxi for me?
   　　　　タクシーを呼んで頂けますか？
   
   Host A: Actually, feel free to call an Uber Taxi.  You can download the App here (Uber Download Link)

   Host B: Sure, I will call a taxi for you.  What time would you like to be picked up?

   Host C: No need to call a taxi.  There are always taxis running outside.  All you need to do is flag one down.

1. Please enjoy your time while staying at the apartment and discovering Tokyo.

2. Please take your shoes off at the entrance.  Feel free to use the house slippers.
   玄関で靴を脱いでください。スリッパはご自由にご利用ください。
   　
3. Please no smoking inside of the apartment, but please feel free to smoke on the balcony and use the ashtray provided on the outside table.
   アパートの中では喫煙禁止ですが、ベランダではご自由に喫煙してください。外のテーブルにご用意している灰皿はご利用ください。
    
4. Please no pets.
   ペット連れ込まないでください。
    
5. Please keep the sound (music/television/etc.) at reasonable levels, especially after 10PM and before 9AM since there are other residents in the building.
   特に10PM以降、9AM前は周りの迷惑になりますので、音楽、テレビ等の音量は大きくしすぎないようにしてください。
    
6. Please sort the trash in separate bins (Regular Garbage, Plastic Bottles, Glass Bottle and Cans) .
   ゴミはゴミ箱ごとに仕分けてください。（普通のゴミ、ペットボトル、ビン、缶）
    
7. Please try to conserve energy by shutting off lights, electrical appliances and the air conditioning when you leave the apartment.
   外出時は電気を切ったり、家電の電源を切ったり、エアコンを止めたりなど、節電を出来るだけしてください。
    
8.  When cooking, please turn on the exhaust vent over the stove.
   料理をする時は、コンロの上の換気扇をつけてください。
    
9.  Please lock the door when you leave the apartment.
   外出時はドアの鍵をかけてください。

1. Guest: The host was very well organized and was around for all of our questions.  We had a terrific time at his place and we definitely are looking forward to coming back again.
